DoubleVerify · DV · New York, NY
DoubleVerify (NYSE: DV) is an independent digital ad measurement and verification company founded in 2008 and headquartered in New York. Led by CEO Mark Zagorski since 2020, DV provides MRC-accredited brand safety, fraud detection, viewability, and attention metrics — including DV Authentic Attention — to advertisers across CTV, social, mobile, and open web. Its primary competitor is Integral Ad Science.
DoubleVerify is one of two scaled independent verification vendors that advertisers and platforms route inventory through before activating budget. Its competitive ledger against Integral Ad Science is read at the platform level: which side ships first on TikTok, YouTube, CTV, and the major DSPs, and which one carries the MRC stamp on the launched product. The April 2026 TikTok video-viewability accreditation extended DV’s “first to MRC” record on a major platform to three (YouTube 2022, CTV 2024, TikTok 2026), and is the most consequential piece in tracking the duopoly’s split heading into the 2026 NewFronts.
