Tony Fagan
Chief Executive Officer at videoamp
Tony Fagan is the chief executive of VideoAmp, the JIC-certified cross-screen TV currency provider. He was promoted to CEO on January 6, 2026, after stints as the company's first CTO and as president, and previously spent roughly 15 years at Google, most recently as vice president of ads data science and engineering.
Fagan’s promotion is the second leadership transition at VideoAmp in two years and signals the company’s bet that its next chapter is technical rather than commercial. He arrived from Google in 2021 as VideoAmp’s first CTO, was given expanded oversight of product, engineering, and R&D in 2022, and was elevated to president as Peter Liguori took the chief-executive seat in 2024. Liguori’s handoff in January 2026 — framed publicly around “agentic” measurement and AI-driven outcomes — leaves Fagan to steward VideoAmp’s post-JIC-certification growth against Nielsen, iSpot, and Comscore in an upfront market where alternative currencies are no longer hypothetical.
