Paul Caine is the Chairman of the Board of Magnite (NASDAQ: MGNI), a role he has held since the April 2020 Rubicon Project–Telaria merger that formed the largest independent sell-side ad platform. A 23-year Time Inc. veteran, he was previously CEO of WestwoodOne and Chief Global Revenue Officer of Bloomberg Media. He currently serves as President of On Location at TKO Group Holdings.
Caine’s chairmanship of Magnite is a continuity link to Telaria’s CTV-first lineage — he chaired Telaria’s board on the eve of the merger and carried over as the combined company’s chair when Rubicon Project absorbed Telaria’s video stack. His public-company governance experience spans print (Time Inc.), audio (WestwoodOne), business news (Bloomberg Media), and now sell-side ad-tech, with concurrent operating leadership at TKO Group’s On Location experiential business.
