Ofer Druker

Group CEO at nexxen international

Group CEO of Nexxen International (NASDAQ: NEXN) since April 2019, when the merger of Taptica and RhythmOne created the entity that was rebranded Tremor International and, in January 2024, Nexxen. Druker has steered the company toward a CTV-focused, end-to-end programmatic stack and signed Nexxen on as one of the first two collaborators in The Trade Desk's Ventura Ecosystem in February 2026.

Druker is one of the more acquisitive operators in CTV ad-tech. His tenure at the Nexxen group spans the Taptica-to-Tremor-to-Nexxen rebrand cycle and a string of stack-building deals — Tremor Video’s DSP (2017), the merger with RhythmOne (2019), Unruly from News Corp (2020), and Amobee from SingTel (2022) — that turned a mid-cap mobile-ad firm into an end-to-end CTV programmatic platform with a DSP, SSP, ad server, and DMP under one roof.

The February 2026 Ventura Ecosystem agreement with The Trade Desk is the most consequential strategic move of the post-rebrand era. By becoming one of the first two named collaborators alongside V (the smart-TV OS powering Hisense and Toshiba sets), Nexxen positioned its supply path to CTV inventory inside the open alternative The Trade Desk is building to Roku and Amazon’s walled gardens — a bet Druker has framed as “the next major step in evolving the ways CTV is bought.”
