TVision · Boston, MA

TVision is a Boston-based attention-measurement firm that uses passive in-home panels paired with computer vision to record second-by-second eyes-on-screen viewing across linear and streaming TV. Viant Technology announced an agreement to acquire the company on April 15, 2026 for $40M, with the deal expected to close in Q2 2026.

TVision sits in the attention-measurement layer of the CTV stack: a passive panel of opted-in households outfitted with computer-vision sensors that record whether viewers are present, looking at the screen, and which programs and ads they’re watching second by second. The company has spent a decade trying to convert “eyes on glass” from a research-grade signal into a planning, buying, and currency-grade input.

The April 15, 2026 acquisition agreement with Viant Technology, if it closes as expected in Q2 2026, would fold TVision’s attention signals directly into a programmatic DSP — a different distribution model than the iSpot-led 2022 round, which tied TVision into a measurement-and-currency partner. Until close, TVision continues to operate independently and partners (Adelaide, iSpot, and others) remain in force.
