Nexxen International Ltd.

Nexxen · NASDAQ: NEXN · Tel Aviv, Israel / New York, NY

Nexxen International (NASDAQ: NEXN) is a Tel Aviv- and New York-based ad-tech company operating a unified DSP, SSP, and CTV ad server stack. Formed through the integration of Tremor International, Unruly, Spearad, and Amobee, it rebranded from Tremor International to Nexxen on January 9, 2024. CTV accounted for 35% of programmatic revenue in FY2024. Nexxen and V (VIDAA) were named the first collaborators in The Trade Desk's Ventura Ecosystem in February 2026.

Nexxen sits in the unusual position of being both a buy-side and sell-side ad-tech vendor — a unified stack carved out of the Tremor International + Unruly + Spearad + Amobee integration and rebranded under one banner in 2023–2024. CTV is the growth engine: it crossed a third of programmatic revenue in 2024 and was the through-line for the company’s selection (alongside V, the smart-TV OS that powers Hisense and Toshiba) as a foundational collaborator in The Trade Desk’s Ventura Ecosystem in February 2026.

The corporate history is layered. The Israel-incorporated entity began in 2007 as Marimedia, became Taptica International in 2015, became Tremor International in 2019 after the RhythmOne merger that brought Ofer Druker in as CEO, and became Nexxen International in January 2024. The trading structure simplified again in 2025 with a 1-for-2 reverse split, the wind-down of the ADR program, and a consolidated New Ordinary Share listing on Nasdaq.
