## Editorial standards

Every factual claim in every published article resolves to a primary-source URL, listed in a sourced-claims ledger at the bottom of each piece. Sourcing is hierarchical (Tier 1 / Tier 2 / Tier 3) per our published ethics policy at https://thestateofstreaming.com/ethics/: Tier 1 leads any claim that has a Tier 1 source available; Tier 2 corroborates; Tier 3 supplements without substituting. Exclusive-to-publication scoops carry their original publication's attribution on every reference, including second reference. We do not launder other publications' scoops into our voice.
